At Bayview Heights you have plenty of outside space to enjoy. There is a balcony running the whole width of the house, taking advantage of both views and sun - a perfect place for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. It looks out over the back garden, which is enclosed with an old stone wall. Access to the garden is from the doors in the Patio Room. The gate at the bottom is lockable, and there is a wide patio with table and chairs. The outside tap at the side of the house is useful for rinsing wetsuits when you come in all sandy from the beach. At the front of the house there is ample off-road parking for two cars.
