Bedroom 3 / The Patio Room
This room is not only a third bedroom with a sofa-bed and a chair-bed (which would be suitable for a child), but it also serves as a second lounge area with a large sideboard and a remote-controlled wall-mounted television. This makes it a great extra space if you do have a day of bad weather or if your party wants to do different things - a board game can be going on downstairs while a film plays on the large television upstairs. Or if Dad is watching sport upstairs, a Disney film could be playing downstairs for the kids. This room also leads out through sliding patio doors onto the wooden verandah and the wooden stairs which lead down to the enclosed garden.
